It made my trip to Vratsa a really really nice experience. The rooms were reasonably large and beautiful with the balcony and incredible view to the mountains, for instance, the breakfast was savoury. The hotel restaurant was good.

The family-owned staff were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. And let's not forget the amazing traditional BG restaurant nearby! The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception, making my stay even more convenient. The premises were excellent, and the furniture was top-notch. They even had a lift for easy access! The hotel is also wheelchair accessible, which is fantastic. I was thrilled to find out that they had a range of fun activities, including table tennis, badminton, hiking, cycling. And for those who need it, they have luggage storage and a locker room available. Plus, the air conditioning kept me cool in the non-smoking rooms. Absolutely loved my stay, and I can't wait to come back again!
